Room Decorating Contest!!!!!?
Ok, so I’ve been doing really well on my grades and keeping my room clean that my parents are letting me re-do my room. It is a box right now and they are going to make it bigger. I don’t know how to decorate it though. I am 12 years old and would like most of the room decorations to be from:

(I am thinking about putting in a fake palm tree.

Paint the walls pink have a fake chandelier sparkly walls baby blue ceiling wall lights ( all for the palm tree ) blue curtains it will look so cute with that bedding on PB teen

Pottery barn Teen is a great place to get ideas but I suggest that you take some if the concepts and tweak them to your liking. If you truly have a blank room to work with start with the general theme and then mix patterns and textures to design the room of your dreams. I great designed room is not matchy matchy. If you want a horse room, get a lantern looking lamp, leather stools for seating, cowhide looking rug, maybe horse sheets, but then a quilt with the same colors as the sheets but not identical. Striped bedskirt. bandana custom made valance… If you have a theme I can help more. Michele.
